VENDOR TEAR DOWN:
Sunday, October 11: NO EARLIER THAN 2pm*
*If a vendor can’t stay through 2pm Sunday, they can tear down after 5pm on Saturday.

Vendors are required to set up and tear down during specific hours due to state law (Beer garden on premises).

Vehicles may not exit the fenced in beer garden area during the Public Event hours due to state laws.

Vendors can set up as early as 10am on Thursday until Saturday morning by 10am.

Pop up canopies are highly recommended.

You can pay in advance or before setup. Prime space is available on a first come, first serve basis. Meet with the Directors under the shelter house upon arrival for payment and location assignment.

Free primitive camping (no electric hookup).
Breakfast will be available by donation.
Steak Dinner will be available Saturday night for $15 (reserve by September 28).
Open bar after 5pm is available.

Rules:

  • Primitive camping is available. Camping is permitted on the booth space, however, car movement is restricted while open to the public.
  • If knapping, please put down a tarp to catch debris.
  • Display vendor tags during the event.
  • There is no consumption of alcohol during public hours.
  • Absolutely no selling of Native American Artifacts. Displays are welcome.
  • Children must be under direct supervision of their parents or legal guardian.
  • Vaccinated dogs are allowed but must be on a leash at all times. Only service dogs are allowed in the building. Please pick up after your dog.
